Annual dues statements have been mailed for 2017. As part of the service enhancements offered to our community by 4Sight Neighborhood Management all homeowners now have the option to pay their annual HOA dues through our online payment portal. You are now able to make one-time or recurring payments. Electronic checks are free, debit cards have a $5.00 transaction fee, and credit cards have a 3.00% transaction fee. To make these payments, you can follow this link: 4sightpm.com. You will need to create an account to manage your transactions and set them up for recurring payments or you can select one time payment.
You will need three numbers in order to make a payment using this new service. The first number is the Management Company ID, 7037. The second number is the Association ID, 3555. Lastly is your account number. This number is going to be in the top right of your statement, but you will need to remove the decimal point online. So if your account number is 101.00 for example, you will use 10100 online. If you do not have access to a computer, we can set this up for you. Please call the office number to arrange this.
